Rob Frost and Tom Arbuckle began sailing together in 1998 at the Britannia Yacht Club Junior Sail Program in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Both followed through the Junior Sail Program and achieved Silver Sail Levels, the highest level offered in Ottawa. After accomplishing their levels and competing provincially and nationally they joined the Britannia High Performance Team where they have sailed and coached the team in Ottawa, Ontario.

While with the team they have both trained with and worked along side World Champions, Olympians and Gold medalists in the sport. Their exposure to top athletes, and mentors in this sport combined with Rob and Tom's determination, dedication, and discipline to their training make them viable competitors.
